Client Experience & Sales Support Specialist
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive Client Experience & Sales Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients while supporting a dynamic, field-based sales team. This is a desk-based, in-office role within a collaborative environment, ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, client interaction, and keeping operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.
This role blends elevated client service with sales support and lead coordination—perfect for someone who is both hospitality-driven and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the warm first point of contact for all incoming client inquiries (phone, email, and in-person)
Deliver a luxury-level client experience, building rapport quickly and professionally
Qualify incoming leads, answer general questions, and route clients to the appropriate sales team member
Act as a “loop closer” by ensuring consistent follow-up and that no opportunities are missed
Support lead generation efforts, including outbound follow-up and nurturing prospective clients
Utilize and manage the MLS system for property searches, data entry, and client support
Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to a field-based sales team
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and internal communications
Maintain accurate client records and assist with CRM/database management
Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and shifting tasks in a fast-paced environment
Contribute to a collaborative office culture while supporting team success
Qualifications
Strong communication skills with a polished, professional phone presence
Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform under tight deadlines
Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
Comfortable working with systems such as MLS and CRM platforms
Team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Preferred Experience
Background in real estate, interior design, or luxury service environments
Experience in lead generation, client coordination, or sales support roles
Familiarity with high-end clientele and white-glove service standards
