Home staging refers to the process of maximizing a home’s potential through layout, furnishings, decor, and accessories when it is listed for sale or lease. Interior design refers to the art of working with a homeowner to personalize a home’s design to incorporate their personal aesthetic and functionality preferences.

We usually recommend staging first impression areas such as the entryway and living room, as well as the connecting main living areas such as the dining room, family room, and kitchen. Other touchpoint areas are the master bedroom and outdoors. Auxiliary areas such as bathrooms to adjoining staged areas are styled as well.

Because of the dynamic nature of our industry, contract dates come on a first come-first serve basis. Assuming there are no projects ahead of you, we can stage your property in about 2 weeks from the time a contract is signed and deposit is received.

We usually complete the installation in one day. Occasionally we will need to return the following day for touch-us or edits. Factors that may affect the timeline are distance from our warehouse, condos with shared elevators, amount and size of furnishings needed and, of course, weather delays. When scheduling a photographer, always plan at least one day as a buffer between staging and photography.

Part of our expertise at REH Interiors is knowing what style of furnishing and decor maximize your home’s saleability. We have an extensive collection of furniture, decor, and accessories that we select from based on the goals, size and style of the home. Of course we are willing to accommodate strong preferences and will decide how to incorporate that feedback on a case by case basis.

Of course! We generate the furniture buyout price based on the actual items installed, so the price is generated after installation. Buyers may purchase everything all together for a more favorable price or a la carte per piece for full price. The benefit to purchasing the staged furniture is that the buyers do not have to engage an interior designer, source/purchase furniture that may have very long lead times, pay additional freight and delivery costs, and the property is move-in ready!
