Staging & Interior Design Sales Consultant (2 Positions – Territory-Based)

Overview

We are seeking two charming, driven, and highly effective Sales Consultants to join our dynamic staging and interior design team. Each consultant will manage their own territory and be responsible for building, nurturing, and closing high-value relationships within the real estate and design community.

This is not a passive role—this is for someone who is hungry to sell, eager to grow, and motivated to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close high-value client relationships within your assigned territory

  • Actively network and represent the brand at open houses, industry events, and local functions

  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across staging and design services

  • Serve as a visible and trusted presence in your market

  • Manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas

  • Collaborate with a supportive internal team and leverage administrative assistance to maximize productivity

  • Learn and implement company sales methodologies while acting as a brand ambassador

Who You Are

  • A  well-spoken professional with a natural ability to build relationships

  • Experienced in luxury or high-end sales (required)

  • Elegant and consultative in your sales approach—not pushy or transactional

  • A self-starter who thrives on results and opportunity

  • Comfortable being visible in the field and engaging with clients face-to-face

  • Highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple opportunities

  • Driven by growth, learning, and long-term relationship building

  • Embodies both grit and grace in everything you do

Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales (luxury, real estate, or design-related preferred)

  • Familiarity with MLS systems

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills

  • Comfortable with local travel and driving within your territory
